Return & Replacement

Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
-If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e. the product does not match the item description mentioned on the website or wrong product is delivered.
-If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.

Before you exchange a product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in unique products that are slightly different from each other.

If your purchase meets our return criteria as stated above, please email us at within 72 hours of delivery with the following information:
- Order number
- Specify the reason for the return, and in case of defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item at

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with replacement against your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund, a credit of the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days. In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) order, the refund will be made only in PayTM Wallet or in the form of credit coupon of the same value.


How long before you get your purchase?

Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.


How do we deliver the orders?

We deliver your orders through our registered courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, ATS, FedEx, DHL etc.


Is your order eligible for free shipping?

India: All prepaid orders qualify for free shipping. You can choose Online Payment option to avoid Rs 49 charge on Cash on Delivery.
Outside India: A flat charge of Rs 999 per product is applicable


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID and our courier partner name are sent to you via email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the tracking ID we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.
